A suggestion I have is to use a free clipboard manager app to copy & paste multiple items with ease. For example, many of us maintain a file with frequently used grading comments or replies to questions, but the technique still requires a lot of copying & pasting and switching between applications. Using a clipboard manager, you copy all of those different bits of text to the clipboard then use keyboard shortcuts (or an icon in the system tray/menu bar) to paste multiple items without having to “copy” each one again. Two good, free, open-source clipboard managers I recommend are Ditto for PC and JumpCut for Mac.
